Worked great at first. After two years of solid use it broke. We had it fixed. One year later broke again. Not fixing.

Worked well at first

We are on a well, had to try different settings and detergents to get good results, worked well once this was all figured out. Stopped draining after 17 months, needs to be repaired. Disappointed as this dishwasher is at our cottage and does not get used constantly, we had to disconnect and take to appliance reapir as no one will travel 90 minutes each way to repair.

What happened to the good old days when a dishwasher cleaned and dryed dishes? This thing does neither. Then this happens! (Pic attached)

Yikes! Josh208, the incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes. Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help with drying (page 13 in your Owner’s Manual has the instructions). Some plastics may need to be towel dried as they don’t get as hot as metal or glass, so more water collects. Page 14 in your Owner’s Manual shows how to reattach the lower spray arm. Regretfully, my research with your email address did not link to a consumer account so I could investigate your matter. So that we are able to gain more insight and assist you properly, please reconnect with us directly by calling Mon-Fri, 8a-8p or Saturday 9a-6p EST@ 800-724-7519. We are here for you.
