Louder than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have a full size Fridgidare in my other home and can barely hear it running. This model is not that way, cannot watch tv while it is on, so run it at other times. Utensil basket is not adequate. Seems to perform okay fine wash wise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet - Gets dishes clean !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was simple; dropped right in where the old 18" unit was, with only a couple minor tweaks to the feet levelers - no carpentry required ! The Frigidaire is MUCH quieter than the "Brand K" unit it replaced. I kind of miss the old-school analog rotary timer dial at times - you can't tell what part of the cycle the machine's in; adding a dish mid-cycle is a crapshoot - might be before the main wash (great !), or in the middle of the final rinse (not so great...) It's very frugal with water, and the delay start is a nice feature if you're headed for the shower.
I would recommend this to a friend!
