My dish is not working properly

Rack design flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design of top rack is not optimal---small objects can slip through the sides, and it doesn't hold much. Bottom rack is much better EXCEPT I had to replace the utensil holder with my older one-WAY TOO TINY for our usage. That said, it cleans BEAUTIFULLY!
