Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it because I had to replace another Kitchen Aid mixer. I wanted it so I could do my holiday baking. My other Kitchen Aid mixer stopped turning the beaters but the motor runs. Can you tell me where I can get it repaired.

The motor has been changed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 5 qt Artisan mixer that has served me well for over 15 years. I used it so much the head started coming loose and you kindly rebuilt the head for me. It still runs beautifully but I decided to gift myself a new color of same model for my kitchen. Was I surprised when the top speed is not as powerful as my older mixer. Beating egg whites and other high volume tasks takes a lot longer with poorer results Today I called the customer service number printed on the mixer and was told that indeed the motor had been “updated”’and because it is a heavier motor the mixer will not beat as fast. Makes no sense to me! Please bring back the old powerful Artisan 5 qt mixer. This newer mixer is very disappointing

Stopped working shortly after warranty ran out

I was so excited to get this mixer from my wedding registry, but it didn’t hold up as it should. I have had the mixer about a year and a half and probably used it less than a dozen times, and it broke while I was making dough (a recipe I’d made in the mixer 3 times before). I’m beyond my one year warranty now. I guess if you want this item pay for the extended warranty because it doesn’t seem to last long beyond that. No telling how long it would have lasted if I’d used it more regularly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First Test Run... Awesome!

Cannot express enough the joy to set on a lower setting and finish up dicing some veggies. Consistency... absolutely fantastic! So looking forward to the cheesecakes, breads, and many more things to try! Thank you very much for such an excellent, quality product!

I purchased a new one that was sadly defective. It will be returned when my new one arrives. Very pleased with the customer service. I am sure my new one will be perfect as my old one was.
