I love this mixer, we use if for so much in our kitchen. This mixer is fantastic for baking cookies, muffins, cupcakes or our favorite, Dog Treats! The stainless steal bowl is very easy to clean as well as the attachments. I've very satisfied with my purchase from KitchenAid. They will have my business in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted a professional type mixer. This will last for a VERY long time as is built like a tank. I wish it had a bit MORE power for thick mixtures. I wish it were quieter as I find it noisier than I would expect from this level of mixer. The splash shield slides all over the place if you barely touch it while adding ingredients! This results in a mess on the counter and mixer stand!- poor execution of a helpful design. It should clip SECURELY on the bowl while mixing or adding ingredients.
