I received a cherry red Kitchenaid stand mixer for Christmas. Love how it looks, but more importantly is its performance! It powers through bread dough and stiff cookie dough without a problem. It is easy to use and also quiet!

I would recommend this Kitchenaid stand mixer to any person who does quite an amount of baking from cookies to cake mixes to home-made bread making. The Instructions and recipes booklet which is included has already proved very helpful to me. I especially was glad to find out when first reviewing the mixer's features that there is a beater height adjustment screw which is so important to adjust before use in order that the stainless steel bowl not be screeched by the beaters and also to allow for well blended batters.
