I bought this mixer 3 weeks ago and it is just what I wanted. Able to mix stiff bagel doughs with no mixer straining to develope the dough. My 30 + year old kitchen aid mixer served me well but could not mix stiff doughs. The size of the 5 quart bowl is perfect for home use. I am telling all my friends about this mixer.
