[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my Artisan 5 two weeks, but I am already in love! I've admired these beauties from afar for many years and after finding a good deal decided to finally to indulge. I am so glad I did! I am not even an amateur baker yet, but do enjoy it a lot. With this in my kitchen now making recipes is much less daunting and I can start trying recipes my hand mixer simply couldn't handle. It is not the quietest motor, but not as long as my high-power blender or even my food processor, so certainly tolerable. Obviously, I cannot speak for it's durability or longevity, but it's off to a good start by tackling a large batch of sugar cookies straight out of the box - a task that would have annihilated my hand mixer!
