Overall it is good to use, however the grinder attachment tunnel could have a larger diameterfor the feed side. The shredder/slicer attachment works okay but has the same problem, the tools do not cut like they claim you have to adjust to your need. two shredders could be modified along with the slicers. We used the large slicer to do our shredding.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Performance

i bought this mixer end of December 2016, i figured out that the cup is not stable and it goes off once the dough becomes one piece i am not sure is it something wrong with my machine or what, the issue i lost the receipt so i can not return it, plus we were said to send an mail to the manifuctures for $ 50 back but it did not happen

Filling time just when I needed to stay busy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lost my wife of 53 years two months ago and needed things to occupy my time. I enjoyed baking things years ago but had gotten away from it since my wife's health started to worsen. I bought the Artisan tilt-head recently and have thoroughly enjoyed using it to make deserts for both family and friends. Thank you Kitchen Aid for filling in some hours for me.
