I have always been a baker - but until I started using my new Kitchenaid mixer didn't know how easily the dough could be made. Bought it to speed up the pumpkin pie making for Thanksgiving - now I bake several times a week because it's so effortless. Love the machine.

I had a stand mixer before that I lost when we flooded. Since I love to bake and cook, I had to replace it. After much research through various reviews, I finally settled on the 5 quart Tilt Head Stand Mixer. I received it two days before Christmas and so far, I love it! The higher walls on the bowl worked great when I mixed up a huge batch of meatballs the other night.
The only issue I had was that when I unpacked the mixer, the mixer blade finish had some nicks in it. I contacted KitchenAid Customer Service and received a response the next day that they would send me a replacement mixer blade. I am very satisfied with their customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Kitchen Aid mixer as an early Christmas gift, and I could not have survived the holidays without it! I used it to make EVERYTHING for my holiday events including cookies, cake, icing, noodles, bread, egg casserole, etc. It is truly an amazing product and I wish I had invested in one sooner!

I love baking. Many of my recipes require a heavy duty mixer. Kitchenaid's mixer bowls are the perfect size. The batter always blends together without using a spatula.
The mixer also is easy to clean and store.
This is my first Kitchenaid product and I am glad I have it. I used it at least a dozen times in the 4 weeks I had it.
