Finally got a stand mixer

I have always wanted a stand mixer, but didn't have anywhere to store one. I bought my stand mixer two years ago, and bought a red one so it looks good on the counter. I love it. It makes baking, whipping, and mixing so much easier.

I won this kitchen aid mixer at an Italian festival in our town. All proceeds go directly to breast cancer research. I have always wanted on for the last 20years! The first thing I made with my daughters was s batch of chocolate chip cookies. Wow! I couldn't believe how much faster it went than combining ingredients on my own.
