Naturally, once I bought the stand mixer, I started to test out quite a few different recipes. Definitely a step up from a hand mixer.
Also, surprisingly useful - it shreds baked chicken in seconds and whips up a compound butter in minutes.
That old adage of "proper tools make cooking easy" certainly holds true with this mixer. I can't wait to buy some attachments to expand its usefulness.
