This mixer is as fantastic as they say. It's sturdy and can hold a lot of volume. Mirangues and whipped cream are a breeze. I can make five divisions of pie pastry at once - and it doesn't heat the pastry up too much, which my grandmother always warned me about when it came to pastry and mixers.

. Works great, lots of power, very stylish. Only complains is food spatters but I just think I'm not using the splatter guard properly. I have only used it twice and the second time was much cleaner than the first I can't wait to get some accessories for it
