As a home cook and professional chef I am lost without my Kitchen Aid mixers. So easy to operate when you need to have two going at the same time. You control the speed. The other attachments help cut your prep time in half. Having different paddles gives you a better batter, fluffy frosting and Mike high whipped egg whites to incorporate in your recipes.
