I have had a KitchenAid stand mixer for a long time, but wanted to retire my old one, and upgrade a little. I absolutely love it. I make all our bread, and this mixer makes it so easy. I prefer this method to a breadmaker, by far. I use it for my other mixing, too, of course, and it never lets me down. I have a couple accessories too, and they are so handy to just attach to the mixer. I wouldn't have any other mixer but a KitchenAid!

I finally bought this kitchen aid after years of wanting one. I'm really happy I did! It's an excellent machine. Most of my cake/cookie recipes can have all ingredients in the bowl at once so it's a great time saver. I put all the ingredients and take care of other things while it mixes. The only complaint I have is the batter gets stuck on the sides/bottom of the bowl and I had to constantly stop and scrape the sides and bottom. I purchased the new blade with a rubber piece on the side to help this problem. So far, it's helping a lot. I feel that this blade with the rubber should be included with the machine as this seems to be a constant problem.
