I received this as a gift from my boyfriend and I absolutely love it! I was getting tired of kneading dough with my hands and the Kitchen Aid mixer has saved them from cramping. I had a cheap stand mixer that didn't do the job (basically it was just a regular hand mixer attached to a stand) and I still had to knead bread/pizza dough manually. I recently made a batch of cinnamon rolls and I could not be happier with the outcome. I love it so much I cannot wait til I make cookies, cakes, macarons, etc with it. I also can't wait to try some of Kitchen Aid's items. It surely is a trustworthy brand. Highly recommend it. Two big thumbs up!

I have been baking for over 45 years. I retired and recently did a whole kitchen remodel. It occurred to me that I deserved a new counter top mixer. I researched the information on line and voila KitchenAid Artisan 5 quart tilt head mixer was my top choice! I also purchased the glass 5 quart bowl and scraper beater. Ease of use, tilt head allows for more flexibility when adding ingredients. I made a cheesecake for Easter brunch. My gluten free, coconut, almond crust blended beautifully in no time. The filling was creamy and fluffy and was in the oven in minutes without much effort. Clean up was a breeze as I used hot soapy water and rinse for all pieces. Needless to say my cheesecake was a hit and I told my guests it was because of my Artisan KitchenAid mixer. Thanks, KitchenAid!!

I purchased the Kitchenaid Aritsan Stand Mixer after much deliberation and interviewing people on both sides of the fence with opinions about stand mixers. I'm glad I purchased it. I have owned it for 3 months and use it about twice a week. I've whipped eggs; mixed cakes, cookies, and meatloaves; and used the dough hook for bread baking. This appliance handled it all. Additionally, I purchased the ice cream maker and had great success with frozen yogurt. I have followed the manufacturers directions for washing the pieces and parts and have not had a problem with any of the pieces and parts.

I received this mixer as a gift not two weeks ago and have already made banana bread, whole wheat tortillas (several times), and whipped egg whites for waffles. I'm in love with it! It's so powerful and makes short work of everything I've thrown at it; so much so that I will be baking much more now. It's easy to put together and take apart, and I just throw the bowl and attachments into the dishwasher. The mixer itself is the most gorgeous color, and it's the star of my kitchen. It lives on the counter because it's so beautiful, and since it's already there I find myself using it so much more than any of my appliances that I have to dig out of the closet or pantry. I can't wait to try so much more with it; I just don't know how I've lived without this mixer for so long!
