I love my KItchen-Aid mixer, it is so easy to use. I just tip the mixer back dump in the ingredients and turn it on. It's that easy no matter what I am making. I can leave it to mix while I do something else. I don't have to worry about it spilling or getting all over-because it easily locks in place. Thank you
