I received this mixer for Christmas and now completely understand why my Grandmother WILL NOT part with hers. I injured my lower back 2 years ago and have greatly struggled with mixing batters for cookies, muffins, squares, breads, etc to the point that my 3.5 year old daughter and I had only baked literally a handful of times. The effortless ease that batters are mixed and the always surprising strength this machine has never ceases to amaze even my husband! Thank you for helping to bring the joy back to baking in our home...now I will also be able to teach my daughter how to make Great Grandma's famous whipped shortbread cookies!!! :)
