I bought this mixer for my birthday present in September. The first one I received spilled oil out of the top of the mixing head and the gears were making a lot of noise that didn't go away. Customer Service was great and I received a replacement mixer no questions asked. This mixer is working great!

bought one 40 years ago and still have it but wanted another one..this one is a little bigger and more watts.. love to make ice cream with this machine...still see they after all these years are made with the same quality... nothing plastic.. love the color i got...took more time deciding the color i wanted than the brand i was going to buy again..
