Just what I wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this mixer as a gift from a friend after I kept telling her about using a hand mixer to make treats. We use the same model at work for her business and she knows how much I envy hers. I cannot wait to buy attachments for it and use the heck out of it! My friend's is almost 15 years old and is just starting to lose it's highest setting, but still kicking! I hope to use mine to make pasta, baked goods, core apples and hopefully use it for canning as well. I'm going to use it as much as humanly possible!!

I have never been able to crème the butter and get it so light. It makes a real difference in my cookies! I never knew what I was missing by not having this. Now I would not be without it.

The artisan stand mixer from Kitchen Aid is wonderful. It makes baking so much easier. It is however a little expensive. It is sturdy and of excellent quality. The choice of colors is great. I love it!
