[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have waited 20 years to own this! I am so excited with craftsmanship and overall quality. I just started making my own bread, and after having to need my lil arms off, decided I was biting the bullet, and bought one! What a gift! If you love cooking, baking, don’t wait!

My mom had one and I always wanted one. I use it all the time and love it. I bought another mixer blade though that had the spatula on the side and it works wonderfully. I had a cookie baking day with my aunts, mom and sister and when I used it they were all impressed and wanted one too. Perfect idea for Christmas gifts. We were all comparing noted on our mixers and they liked that with my mixer the metal bowl had a handle as theirs did not on older models. They only thing they did not enjoy on theirs that they said was better on mine was that you could get your spatula into the bowl if need be. However with the new attachment you really don't need to. Love this product.
Pros: Convenient Features, Design, easy to use, Performance
Cons: space around the top is not very wide for a spatul

I have owned several mixers over the years and even have a hand held 5-speed kitchen aid mixer but the Artisan has opened my eyes to a whole new world of mixers. I bought the Arttisan as a Christmas present to myself and I am just sorry I didn't do it sooner. I LOVE IT!
