I had used an Oster for many years, but parts broke. My daughter purchased this KitchenAid for me for Christmas, and I love it! As a former restaurant owner, I have been familiar with KitchenAid products, but never owned one for "at home " use til now. It is restaurant quality, and I use mine a lot for breads, cakes, whipping cream, etc, and it works great!
