I have always wanted a KitchenAid, but not as much as when I started baking my own bread. Hand kneading was wearing me out. I made fresh bread for Easter Dinner and could not believe the most difficult thing to do was cleaning my KitchenAid. Bread was perfect...LOVE IT!
