1st: I hope this mixer is registered. 2nd. I love the looks of it. 3rd. I have wanted one forever, but now I think it takes a little getting used to as far as adding ingredients, and mixing. I am used to always scraping while mixing with my little hand held mixer. But overall, I think this will be great. I mixed meatloaf with it and LOVED that I did not have to get my hands messy at all.
4th. It does have a burning motor smell???? Not sure why.

That mixer kept the cookie jar full, made batter for hundreds of cakes and dozens of loafs of bread for our five children and later grandchildren. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new mixer for Christmas and it works great. My original kitchen aide mixer had I think a million miles on it and it was time for a new red one. I would not be without my kitchen aide mixer. I make bread often and I love to bake so it really is used.
