Worth the transition from mixing by hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had heard that stand mixers might not save too much time, but boy was I wrong. Now I can mix and knead a batch of bread dough in 15 minutes from soup to nuts.

I received this as a gift and was thrilled. I remember the original mixer we had growing up. It gets the job done andblove all the attachments that go with it, although I don't require them all. This mixer does the everyday jobs that need to get done for me.

This is my second kitchen aid mixer, my first was the lift bowl. I prefer the tilt feature in the artesian model. It makes using the mixer so much easier when adding ingredients along with the new one piece pour spout!! Love this!!!
