Only thing I don't like is that flour ,or other dry ingredients, fly everywhere when you add them. I have cover but still doesn't keep all the mess in the bowl. Otherwise love it and saves time!

I love baking, but have been a firm believer in hand-held mixers. That is, until I reluctantly received the best mixer of my life. My new Kitchenaid mixer was a Christmas present and I was sure it was going in the return pile. Thank goodness I was encouraged to open it up and try it. I started simple with cakes and cookies, but that was just the beginning. I have made breads, butter, meatballs, frosting, donuts, and more, more, more.

I've already used to to make wonderful mashed potatoes, pancakes, and can't wait to try much more! You can't beat the control of this machine or the even textures it turns out.
