[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas gift to replace my other stand mixer with the liftable bowl (vs tilt-head). There was nothing wrong with the ones I've had for 21 years, except it isn't red. My black one this replaced will now be handed down to my daughter, as it has a LOT of life in it since it's a fine KitchenAid product. Do I like the tilt-head more? ABSOLUTELY. The ceramic coating on the mix attachments make it so easy to clean, too! The range of motion helps me get the attachments off much easier than the other model. I would recommend this with many more stars if they were allowed.

Why did I wait soooooo long to get a KitchenAid Stand mixer? I always told myself that I didn't need to splurge and that my little handheld mixer was good enough for me. Boy was I wrong! I got my KitchenAid stand mixer two months ago and have used it for cookies and quick bread. It can't be beat for making cookies.
I love my stand mixer and only wish that I had bought one (or at least registered for one) when I got married twenty seven years ago!
