I have waited a long time to buy myself a KitchenAid mixer. All 3 of my married daughters received them as wedding gifts. After all the dust has settled, I decided now it was my turn. The first week I had it, I baked for three days in a row. Wow. I love it. I'm going to get out my old bread recipes and give it a whirl next week. This is so much fun. Just call me a contented baker.
