I have wanted a Kitchen aid mixer for several years but my old mixer, 36 years old, was still working just fine until this past month when it just stopped working. I really like this mixer. I decorate cakes and this mixer is wonderful for beating the icing. I've only had it a month so I'm looking forward to learning all the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my artision kitchen aid as a Christmas/Birthday gift from my youngest son. Its been a couple weeks wasnt sure I was going to keep it but, I finally used it wow. Im really inpressed with the power it has. Im making a change over from a oyster with every attatchment made for it to a kitchen aid. Really sad to see my oyster go but i had it sence 1983 it was slowly dieing. Cant wait to buy a few attatchments for the summer canning season really hope I can find some really good bargins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No job is too big or too small with this mixer. I upgraded from my mother’s avocado green KA tilt mixer. I wanted to give my old to my 24 year old daughter. Upgrading got me to put it on the counter. I have done breads, cakes, tarts, but most exciting of all is shredding cheese in 1 minute with the shredder attachment!

A really convenient alternative to using my hands

I bought this mixer about two months ago in preparation for starting a baking business from home. Up until purchasing it I was using my hands and only managing so many bakes at a time. Now, with this I can two things at once and not have to worry so much about cleaning up or not having enough room to work with in my kitchen. It's so good!
