[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's all I could ask and more from a stand mixer. I love to bake and replacing my old mixer has made my love even deeper. I find myself looking for new recipes just so I can use the KitchenAid. The speed and power is like no other mixer I have used. The attachments are so easy to connect onto the mixer. And on top of it all, it's beautiful red!!!

This is the best purchase ever. I hadn't baked a cake in so long because I refused to buy anything else. My mom has one that I loved when I lived at home. And when I got married I waited till I could afford what I wanted in the right color. It is worth every single penny. Excellent to work with and the baking results are wonderful. I am beyond pleased. I need to start putting my pennies away now for some of the attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer folds ingredients together with ease an speed. It does a much better job than the other brand it replaced. It mixes quickly and thoroughly. Thick cookie dough that would make my old stand mixer work hard is no challenge for this machine. The paddle it uses instead of beaters does a much better job of mixing. The whisk is fast and efficient as well. It is also much quieter than the one it replaced. It is heavier than the one it replaced as well, which speaks to me of a more durable product. But the weight may be an issue for some unless you plan on leaving it out. (It looks plenty good enough to leave out). The mixer and its components clean up with ease. The plastic pouring shield is the only item which seems out of its league in this package. The shield does the job but feels cheap and doesn't fit or work as well as what I would expect given the quality of the mixer and its other components. In fact i would rate the shield as only fair. Overall I would say that this mixer is what it is advertised as, a high quality smaller version of a pro grade machine.

I got this stand mixer when I had the sudden urge to bake. The very first thing I made was a swiss butter cream and this mixer made so easy to make. (it came out perfect!) Very easy to use, clean, maintain. My package came with the whisk, paddle, and hook attachments. You simply twist them on and off to change them. The bowl is high quality and the perfect size for my creations. A huge plus to this Kitchenaid series is that there are MANY color options. My stand actually brightens up my kitchen. Having this device makes me feel like a professional baker! Would recommend to everyone, the investment well worth it!
