I've waited a very long time to own a kitchenaid mixer and now that I have one I never want to be without it! I have a Hamilton beach stand mixer that has been adequate but now that I'm finally getting into some serious cake decorating I decided to splurge for a kitchenaid. Boy am I glad I did. It outperforms any mixer I've ever used in only 2 uses thus far!
