Due to allergies, we have to make everything from scratch. This has made my life a lot easier. My granddaughter pets the top of it and says "good girl" cause it makes her pasta and pancakes from scratch (with a little help from grandma of course).

The only thing is that when blending a butter mixture it left on the edge of the ball and I need to stop the mixer and remove it with a tool...
I bought recently a beater blade with special edge that I hope will solve this issue.

I've used a KitchenAid 9 Speed Hand Mixer for years with great results, BUT the stand mixer and pouring shield make life so much easier. Wish I had purchased one years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of those Christmas gifts that I would have needed to purchase for myself had it not been a gift. Our family uses this mixer daily, from baking bread to shredding meat to whipping up a quick pudding. In the prep of some meals it is used 3-4 times. My stand mixer is the only appliance that has a permanent place on my counters. It’s that useful.
