I gave up making bread due to my use of kamut, 12 grain flours. It would never rise properly. Now when I make my bread, it mixes beautifully, the dough is perfect I just put it in the pan, watch it rise, and cook, nothing like the smell and taste of freshly made bread....yummmm

This is the second stand mixer I have purchased by Kitchen Aid. I also purchased the hand mixer, hand blender and gadgets. All excellent quality. Only problem is rebates aren't sent as promised. I received a meat grinder that i didn't want, nor need.Too bad they don't keep their word

I got this mixer for Mother's Day to replace an older model I had. I love all the features of this mixer, starting with the tilt head, and splash guard. The mixer is powerful and built so well. My only somewhat negative comment is that you have to make sure everything mixes up completely and scrape the sides but honestly that's any mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife and I have ended up using it more than her! I used to dread cooking and baking as my kitchen is very small. This device helps consolidate so many steps into one portion of the counter, also allowing me to work on prepping other things while one step is mixing!

KitchenAid has been the premier stand mixer as long as I can remember. I have used them professionally as a chef, but this is my first one at home. I bought it as a present for my wife. She loves to bake but arthritis in her hands has made a hand mixer impossible for her to use anymore. We both love this mixer!
