[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my stand mixer for Christmas. I had been wanting one for years. IT IS GREAT!! It is very easy to use. I have already used the grinder attachment and the pasta attachment. I had a wonderful time and am already looking up more receipes I can use my miser with.

WORST Customer Service ever experienced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The entire process has been a tedious, time consuming nightmare. Misinformation and lack of follow through every step of the way. I couldn't order from the website; I was told I could not order the model I wanted on the phone (Incorrect info); everything on Backorder, no Tracking, No email Receipts. I have had this for months and can barely use it as I am still waiting on parts/attachments. No one responds to my concerns. Hugely disappointed in this company. This experience has really turned me off from this company and their products. Quality and Service are completely lacking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After using a Classic for 4 years, I found that the Artisan, while more powerful, was incredibly messy to use.
My Classic's speeds can be controlled better than the Artisan, so I decided to return it.
