The only thing I can say is I love it. If I only had enough counter to leave it out. It sure is heavy!

After 50+ years of homemaking I finally have my dream mixer. I am totally happy about it and am using it every time I can. I have made yeast bread and have also used the meat grinder. Wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife makes at least 20 pounds of angel flake potatoes for Thanksgiving and the mixer handled that with the cream cheese easily. Great purchase
I absolutely love this mixer, the best on the market!!

I have been wanting this mixer for a very long time for the durability and features as well as the top of line performance! This mixer also saves a lot on the grocery bill as you have so many options make fresher and healthier meals, breads, ground meats etc. in larger capacity to store you meals.
After 30+ years I decided it was time to replace my Oster mixer. So glad I went with Kitchen Aid, and wish I had done it years ago!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dough hook unsatisfactory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this mixer as a gift and so I am unable to return it. I am quite disappointed in the dough hook and it’s mixing/ kneading ability. This model does not come with (nor aftermarket available) a spiral dough hook. The dough hook that came with the unit causes the dough to climb up the dough hook which means I must repeatedly stop the mixer, use a spatula to push the dough down, and my mixer rocks back and forth causing the locking mechanism for the lift to come out of place. (This is only using a 3 cup/ flour recipe- standard one loaf measurement) I wish there was a spiral dough hook available so this wouldn’t happen. I would recommend spending quite a bit more money on a bowl lift model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
