I recently purchased this Kitchen Aid mixer and now ask myself why I waited so long to get one!! So far I have made cookies and pizza dough! Both were a breeze to mix. Next, I will make pasta and have the pasta attachment with the disks to insert. That should be smooth going as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this mixer as a gift last year for my birthday and I recently used it for the first time to make a cake. I cannot express how much easier it made it to bake. The mixing on this device was so easy. I love it. It makes baking easier and I’m looking forward to adding all the other attachmentments to my collection.

I bought it about a month ago and my baked items are so much better with regard to evenness of texture. It is due to the consistent mixing obtained from the KitchenAid mixer. For example, breads rise and bake better after the time kneading in the KitchenAid. As as result, the bread just seems to taste better. I'd recommend a KitchenAid mixer to anyone unconditionally.

This is my second Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer. I gave my first one to my daughter. (still works perfectly after 25 years too!!!) Foolish me I thought I could make due with small hand held Kitchen Aid beater. Nope, needed the full size...got the yellow:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter gave me one for my birthday 2 weeks ago. I have wanted one all my adult life. She gave me one in Empire Red as red is my favorite color. She also gave me a matching red quilted cover!! I LOVE this mixer. I love to bake and gift people with my creations.and this mixer makes it so much easier. The flat paddle, used for incorporating ingredients,.makes it happen so quickly. Buy one for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed
