Great mixer and excellent customer service! Had an issue with the protective coating in the bowl causing black residue in my zucchini bread batter. Learned this was a temporary coating, nontoxic, and that the new manuals suggest cleaning the inside of the metal bowl with vinegar and salt. Also had possible issue with the motor as it sounded like it might be slowing down during mixing. Kitchenaid sent me an immediate replacement and made it very easy to return my original purchase!

I use my mixer often-- for preparing baked goods, for mixing dough and for whipping cream, potatoes and egg whites--and it has performed beautifully. I also have the spiralizer attachment which is a great help. The motor is powerful and has not met a task it cannot handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this for me as a Christmas present. Because I love to bake around the holidays he gave it to me early. Unfortunately, I was sick most of the month of December and I didn't get to use it as much as I had hoped. The little time that I did get to use it I was definitely appreciative of the time and muscle, (from not hand mixing), savings. I am excited to make some bread in the near future

I received it as a gift after wanting it for so long! I love to bake and then researched that there were many other tricks I can use this mixer for in every day cooking. I'm excited to see what I can do with it. I am getting used to the faster speeds for recipes I've made with smaller mixers, at first I over mixed.

I have been wanting a KitchenAid mixer for years now and I finally bought one and I am so happy. I love the color and the ease of use.
