Having my own small Cooke business has lead me to purchase this stand mixer, it was the best decision ever! It has cut my prep time in half and allows me to produce higher quantities of cookies. I've wanted a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for a number of years and was given one this last Christmas. It's as wonderful as I always thought it would be and I would highly recommend everyone to have one in their kitchen. I love that both savory (meatloaf, cheese ball, etc.) and sweet recipes can be mixed in the mixer. My only suggestion would be to make the "SCRAPPER PADDLE" the standard paddle. I bought one as an add-on and it's been fantastic to have and I use it more than the standard paddle. Great product I'll use for many many many years to come. (all the color choices are fun too!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mixes ingredients very well-better than standing over them with a hand mixer-and enables me to go on to other tasks while it mixes, but it is heavy to move-25 lbs. Scraping the sides of the bowl requires stopping the machine, unlocking the "head,"
and raising it.
