I have been cooking for years and thought that the old bowl and spoon was no big deal. Well my husband said you need to get a mixer. I got one and I tell you it was the best decision ever. Making cakes and fillings have never been easier and it takes no time at all.

This was the best birthday gift, just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas baking! I love how you can let it run for a few minutes while gathering up ingredients for your next recipe. So far, I've used the paddle and whisk but have not used my splash guard and it has worked great! I want to purchase the spiral attachment to make zucchini noodles. My only complaint is it is pretty heavy to move around on the counter.
