I wanted to buy it for a long time because although I love baking, I hate kneading dough. I can honestly say that in 2 weeks, the oven was on non-stop. I especially like the slower speeds where when you add flour, you aren't wearing it! It i a powerful tool. I made a variety of dough consistencies, and it didn't even blink. I also made mashed potatoes in i because I like melting the butter before adding milk.No hesitation at all in the motor, even though it was super thick. I love it!
