I used it for the first time the other day for cookies and bread. When making the bread the head wouldn't stay locked and kept jumping up. However, my dough was too dry so I overlooked it. The cookies turned out perfectly! My only complaint is a black residue of some sort was coming from the bowl though it had been washed. Hoping this doesn't continue.
