I love that there is only one beater! It's so powerful I have to watch to not over mix. I love the stainless color matches my kitchen appliances, so well I leave it on my countertop. I cook for a large family on occasions and it cuts my time down by so much I have more family time!

Mine arrived through the TV offer on Friday. Spent the 1st part of the day baking peanut butter cookies. And me and my mother set about the 2nd part of the day to recreate Grandmother's yeast rolls. Let me just say we nailed it. We spent part of the day after lunch (and savoring our first batch of peanut butter cookies in the Kitchenaid mixer) studying recipes and mom trying to remember the technique. I have always struggled with kneading bread dough and cake batter. But with this appliance, I am now baking more like a professional. It has taken me and Mom, after several futile attempts, decades to finally master her recipe! Hoping to have my own side business one day. And I think Kitchenaid is the appliance that will help turn my dream into reality. My ravishing red lady is doing just fine!
