I love to bake and my KitchenAid is always there for me! During a move I had sell my old mixer because it would have cost more to ship it than to purchase a new one. I was very excited to get a new KitchenAid and even upgraded this time around. I recommend a KitchenAid mixer to anyone looking to be frequently using a mixer.

My wife and I finally decided to order the Artisan Mixer literally minutes after making a huge batch of holiday cookies. She had wanted the Kitchen Aid mixer for some time but we were worried about space in a NYC apartment. Needless to say...it fits perfectly and it made short work of the rest of the cookies. The robust build quality seems unchanged from the 30 yr old model my mom still has and time will tell if the internal gears hold up but we're very happy with the mixer so far and only tough part about owning this was picking out the color because of the enormous choice offered. Metallic Silver was the winner by the way.

Worth every penny

I bought my stand mixer almost 30 years ago along with a meat grinder attachment. I use it all the time all these years and it just keep working. I also use hand mixers a lot and have to replacement them every couple of years. Do the math and this classic stand mixer will save you money. I only wish I'd had the color choices available now. Because Kitchen Aid is so reliable, I also own the food processor and coffeemaker.
