We got this as a wedding gift and were excited to use it. We started of with something simple - crepe batter - which turned out great. We moved on to something more complicated - homemade pasta. It was incredibly easy to make the pasta dough, and cutting it was a breeze with the pasta roller attachments, especially compared to the "old fashioned way". Really great product.
