[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Tilt-head Mixer as a Christmas gift and are very happy with it. It is exactly as advertised and is so easy to use. We have added two of the pasta making attachments and are looking forward to eating fresh pasta!

I have been wanting one of these for years and finally bought one. So easy to use and plenty powerful for dense doughs. I do need to learn to adjust the mixing time for more delicate baked goods, though. First few batches of cookies came out cakey from overmixing. Adjusted to half the time it takes to mix by hand mixer and all was well!
Pros: Powerful, easy to use
Cons: Heavy
