This mixer makes it easy for me to get back into my baking as I have problems with my shoulders & arms. I love the ease of clean up also.
Pros: easy to use, Design, love the style with the guard & style of attachmen, Performance, Convenient Features, Innovative, no having to hold a mixer & is easy to use.
Cons: None that I have found

I have only used it once so far but I loved it! When I unboxed it the whisk was hitting the bottom of the bowl but I followed the directions and made the adjustments. The splash cover is a bit cumbersome and does not stay on very well. It gets in the way more than it is helping.
