Decided to purchase a top of the line mixer after having to knead dough by hand over the Thanksgiving holiday. Found a GREAT deal on cyber Monday. This mixer is a win/win situation. I don't bake much and couldn't really justify this purchase, but since it's receipt, I have baked more than ever because it makes my job so much easier. When researching, I read some complaints about the cumbersome weight of the mixer and difficulty moving it around. Problem solved...I just placed it on top of a plastic cutting board and it slides in and out from under my cabinets with ease. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I've wanted this mixer for years but just never purchased it until I retired. My hobby is baking and until using this I really never knew the joy of that hobby. Not only is it faster and more consistent than a hand mixer, but does a fabulous job no matter how small or large the task is. If you're hesitant on purchasing one, don't be and you'll be over joyed by it's performance.
