[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted my own kitchenaid...my mom has one but that's 20 years old (not joking). I got into baking and one was not enough but I was afraid of spending....IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY.... if my business gets getting bigger...I'll have to get more of these babies
Ps: my mom gave me hers, which has never broke down...

This mixer is exactly what you expect from Kitchenaid: good quality, easy to use, and state of the air technology with great customer service. I've had my mixer for about a year and have yet to have one complaint! I wouldn't consider myself a huge cook, and still found this easy to use and came in handy a lot. Definitely recommended.

Overall I love the idea of my kitchen aid mixer. The two things that I do not like about it are: you cannot put the wire wisk in the dishwasher....who has time to wash items by hand?? This is my second kitchen aid mixer....and I still do not understand the design in th bottom of the bowl....I find that stuff in there does not always get incorporated into the rest of the mix....so then I have to scrap the bottom and re-mix. I do love the way the mixer makes cake batter....I have the fluffiness cupcakes and cakes around!!
Pros: Innovative, Color Choices
Cons: Not All Dishwasher Safe

I'm used to my Mom's older (15 years old) KitchenAid mixer, that we've done over 10,000 cookies in. My future mother-in-law bought me a new one as a house warming gift, and so far it's been great. I guess I'm used to the older, more horsepowered versions, as mine seems to struggle while mixing in larger chunks of recipes (chocolate chips, walnuts, etc), but otherwise it's been a great mixer.
