I got my KA one month ago, and I use it almost everyday, for cookies, brioches, bread and all kind of doughs. The first time I beat the egg whites until stiff I almost took a pic! They were perfect, I had never seen anything like that before! The only thing I regret now is have waited so long to get the KA, since it makes cooking much easier.
