I have always wanted one, and finally made the purchase just before Thanksgiving. I remember as a small child helping my Grandmother make holiday treats with her KitchenAid. I absolutely LOVE my new mixer. I recommend it to anyone who bakes.

I used to use my mothers Kitchenaid that was a step up from this one. I like this one a little better because the bowl locks on the bottom, not on the sides. it was always kind of difficult to get the bowl out of hers. but, hers was higher power so it seemed a little more stable. but overall, i really like this one. it's way better than the cheap one i was using before.

I have only used it twice, but I love it. Wish the bowl had a pouring spot so it would be easier to pour the batter out of the bowl
